The authentic Italian espresso coffee since 1898 in Florence

Since 1898, Il Caffè Manaresi has been one of the original creators of Italian espresso coffee, as we know it today. The Manaresi name is closely linked to the renowned Caffè de 'Ritti, the first café in Florence to serve coffee standing up rather than exclusively at tables, thus giving birth to the espresso culture—a trend that has become an Italian habit cherished worldwide.
Our history is extraordinary, just like the coffee we continue to produce. With over 120 years of experience, we harmonize traditional craftsmanship with industrial production capabilities without compromising on quality.
We manufacture everything in a single location, allowing us constant control over every stage of production, from selecting green coffee beans to packaging.
Our coffee blends reflect a wisdom that only time and daily experience can impart.
Located amidst the beautiful Tuscan hills, our production facility sits in an enchanting setting along the ancient Roman road, Via Cassia, known today as the "wine road."

We are coffee lovers.
We produce Italian espresso coffee.

All production takes place in-house, in small batches, still employing the artisanal craftsmanship of the past.

Our Espresso Coffee

First and foremost, we present our espresso coffee as we make it to test every single roast. We can show you the images but unfortunately, we cannot transmit the scent and aroma. Coffee for Manaresi is a passion.

Production Phases: From Coffee Bean to Packaging

Now, we show you some moments of our production in our unique production facility. No special effects, just the hum of the roaster and the whispers of the vacuum sealer, because we want to show you the authenticity of our company with real images.
